Aminoethyl-PolyHRP40, aminoethylated derivative of the PolyHRP40
suitable for covalent coupling with e.g. NHS-haptens yielding stable specific
Hapten-PolyHRP40 conjugates for ultrasensitive detection of smaller
monoepitop antigens (haptens) in competitive immunoassay format.
Supplied as liquid reagent in 150 mM K-Phosphate Buffer pH 7,1-7,2 containing
biocide/preservative 5-Bromo-5-nitro-1,3-dioxane and proprietary stabilizer.
AEP40 is stable at +4°C within one month from the release date and therefore
should preferably be used as "ex tempore" labeling reagent.

Aminoethyl-PolyHRP40 can readily be processed into maleimide-activated PolyHRP
using Sulfo-SMCC. Maleimid-AEP40 can further be used for labeling thiolated
antibodies and antigens.
